H&G Brookvale are looking for a dedicated Store Manager for our expanding tiles division. Someone with the passion and drive to succeed in a competitive, rewarding environment.
As the Store Manager for Tiles, you will be the leader of a sales team, dealing with both construction professionals and the general public, as well as architects and designers. You will inspire and manage your team, insuring both Sales and Margin targets are met and surpassed. Leading by example you will take pride in leadership and coaching your team to success.
About You:
- You will first and foremost, be an Ambassador of H&G with the commitment to provide exceptional customer experiences
- You will have previous experience in a similar role with tiles or stone (retail team leadership, assistant management role etc.)
- A collaborator and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
- Passionate, energetic, and driven to succeed
- Demonstrate success by achieving KPI sales targets
- A flexible team player who is persuasive, influential and recognises that many hands make light work
- Driven to do better than the day before and interested in personal and professional development
- Are flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and trade shows

In this role you will be reporting to a Category Manager, however your daily work will focus on the success of the store through face-to-face sales, coaching, assisting in business planning, cultivating business relationships, team building and improving the look and feel of the store.
